How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are available for booking through this website or at the entrance (unless we are at capacity).

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do. Gift a mind-bending experience with a digital gift card to the Museum of Illusions. Funds can be used on tickets and merchandise in the Illusion Shop.

How long does it take to go through the museum?

The museum experience typically takes between 45 and 90 minutes, but there is no time limit, so you are welcome to explore at your own pace.

Where is the nearest parking?

Our parking is free at The Foundry. Covered parking is located at Fresh Thyme Market. Buses can park across from the Foundry Parking lot, across from the Foundry Apartments. The best way to find us is to come in off of Vandenventer and Foundry Way, close to IKEA!

Is the museum accessible to people with impairments/disabilities?

No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

Can I get a refund?

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all tickets are final sale and non-refundable. If you are unable to make your reservation time, we are more than happy to reschedule you to a new date.

Can I reschedule my tickets?

Tickets can be rescheduled if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. However, ticket availability for alternate dates is not guaranteed and is subject to a first come, first serve basis. For any questions or rescheduling, feel free to contact us at info@moistlouis.com.

Do young children need a ticket?

Tickets are not required for children who are four years old and younger. They can enter MOI for free!
