How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are available for booking through this website or at the entrance (unless we are at capacity). Tickets purchased on unauthorized websites or through scalpers will not be honored.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do. Gift a mind-bending experience with a digital gift card to the Museum of Illusions. Funds can be used on tickets and merchandise in the Illusion Shop.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Yes, unless we are at capacity. The best way to guarantee entry is to book online in advance. Keep in mind that we do not accept cash payments.

Where is the nearest parking?

Free parking is available at the North Entrance of the mall.The physical address of that lot is 2100 Lindau Ln, Bloomington, MN 55425. This will take you to the North entrance of the mall. Enter through the main doors and take the immediate escalator or elevator to the 2nd floor to find the Museum of Illusions.  Bus Parking and drop-off and Parking Buses can disembark guests at 2100 Lindau Ln, Bloomington, MN 55425, at the mall’s main entrance. The drop-off area is designed for buses with wide lanes and easy turnarounds. Free bus parking is available at the back of that lot. NOTE: All mall parking is free, however, if you did not park in the North lot, you will need to use the mall’s electronic directories which are located at every major intersection in the mall. We are on the second floor North. Turn at the green Walburgers sign to find us between H&M and Zara at the end of the hallway.

No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

Tickets are not required for children who are ages four and younger. They can enter MOI for free!
